With the RetroConnect lifetime warranty (€19.95) your handsets are covered for good.
What it covers
- Any malfunction under normal use: no sound, people can't hear you, buttons or connector stop working.
- We send you a new handset of the same model, or an equivalent if it's no longer made, free of charge with shipping included.
What it doesn't cover
- Loss or theft.
- Deliberate damage or misuse (for example cutting the cable or getting it wet).
How to claim a replacement
- Email getretroconnect@gmail.com with your order number.
- Attach a photo or short video showing the problem.
- Within 24–48 business hours we confirm your new handset is on its way.
Terms
- The warranty is bought in the same order as the handsets and covers every handset in that order.
- It's valid for the original buyer for as long as the store is trading.
- It doesn't replace the 3-year legal guarantee or your 30-day right of withdrawal: it adds to them.
- If you return the handsets within 30 days, we also refund the warranty.
